Rachael Hildebrandt is the Associate Director, Human Resources for WCG. She has over 17 years of experience as a senior human resources management professional. Her broad experience includes managing recruitment and selection, benefits, policy design and development, performance management, employee relations and payroll. Prior to joining WCG, she was the head of Human Resources for an REO Asset Management company for over six years. Prior to that she was the Human Resources Manager for a Trademark Licensing firm. Rachael has her Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from National University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
